Guided classes open up space for our members to safely stretch their bodies and spend community time together in our Yoga Studio. The movement of Yoga has been acknowledged and practiced for thousands of years, contributing to vitality in the body and mind. Yoga is a practice of stretching your muscles, enhancing your breath and balancing the mind. Our 2,000 square foot, multi-faceted studio offers a wide array of classes- calming and Restorative Yoga, invigorating Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and many more! Whether you are new to Yoga or a seasoned practitioner, the 6th Sense Yoga studio welcomes you to stretch!

How it works
Our knowledgeable and experienced instructors lead the students through a series of postures that are guided towards better movement form and mental fortitude. Each instructor shares a creative expression and style. We encourage you to experience which class feels right for you! Yoga allows the opportunity to follow the cues of the instructor and meet yourself where you are at. You can bring your own mat or borrow a mat in the studio- just bring yourself and be ready to stretch!
